Villa Aysu is a charming 4 bedroom luxury villa overlooking Kalamar Bay. It is situated 1 km away from the centre of Kalkan and just a 5 minute walk to the sea.
The accommodation offers 2 double bedrooms, one twin room and a dormitory in the eaves of the house which can accommodate 5 children. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, there are two other shower rooms, one on the bedroom floor and one on the ground floor. The bedrooms have large balconies with two roof terrace areas on the top floor. Bedrooms all have air-conditioning.
The downstairs living area is very spacious and comprises a sitting room, large kitchen, utility room, and shower room with WC. The sitting room and kitchen both open onto a large terrace with stone BBQ, outside eating area, swimming pool, sun beds, parasols and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean and towel change mid week and a full clean, linen and towel change again at the end of the week. Pool towels are supplied. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze restaurant.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
