Villa Bay Lea is a charming 4 bedroom luxury villa overlooking Kalamar Bay. It is situated 1 km (20-30 minute walk) away from the centre of Kalkan and just a 5 minute walk to the sea.
The accommodation offers 2 double bedrooms, one twin room and a dormitory in the eaves of the house which can accommodate 6 children. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, there is a further shower room on the bedroom floor, a WC and wash basin on the dormitory floor and a downstairs WC.
The bedrooms have large balconies with two roof terrace areas on the top floor. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The downstairs living area is very spacious and comprises a sitting room, large kitchen, utility room with WC. The sitting room and kitchen both open onto a large terrace with stone BBQ, outside eating area, swimming pool, sun beds, parasols and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes a daily maid service with a linen and towel change mid week and again at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Marina, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap.
