Beyaz Ay is another stunning new addition to our villa collection. The property is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom house in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan and part of the much sought after Turquoise Villas development. The villa is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's water sports facilities.
This stylishly decorated house enjoys beautiful views over the bay and islands. There is a large outside terrace with private pool, eating and seating areas, a stone BBQ and sun loungers.
The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped contemporary kitchen with separate outside utility room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.
On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there are also two further bedrooms both en suite (one with a bath) and both with private balconies and fabulous views. All bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning.
The villa is equipped with a TV, DVD player and ipod docking station.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean and towel change mid week and a full clean, linen and towel change again at the end of the week. Pool towels are supplied. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze restaurant.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
