Beyli Han is an exceptionally large luxury villa overlooking Kalamar Bay and the islands. It is situated 1 km (15-20 minute walk) away from the centre of Kalkan and just a 5 minute walk to the sea and the nearest beach club with its restaurant and water sports facilities.
The accommodation offers 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a dorm with 5 single beds ideal for children. Both double rooms have sea views and access to a large terrace.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
On the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen and sitting room with TV and open fireplace. Large 5m concertina doors open onto a stunning terrace bringing the outside in and taking full advantage of the breathtaking views. The terrace and walled garden offers shaded seating area, sun loungers, a marble dining table that can seat 16, stone BBQ and a large 50sq m infinity pool.
The kitchen facilities include a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, large chest freezer, dishwasher, double sink with the best views. Almost worth offering to do the washing up!
In the sitting room is a 42" plasma with DVD and a music system for CD and ipod. There is also wifi internet connection available.
Additional apartment available by separate negotiation. The apartment offers one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and one triple bedroom. The accommodation enjoys an open plan kitchen sitting room with good views.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a mid week clean and linen and towel change at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. Pool towels are supplied. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze restaurant.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
