We are delighted to include Blue Harmony in our portfolio of villas for rent.  The villa is one of the properties on the exclusive and much desired Turquoise Villas development

Blue Harmony is an exquisite 4 bedroom house in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan.  The property is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's swimming platforms, crystal clear water, beach bar and water sports facilities.

The house is decorated throughout with stylish elegance and enjoys stunning views over the bay and islands.  There is a large outside terrace with private pool, shaded eating and seating areas, a stone BBQ, outside bar and sun loungers.

The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped contemporary style kitchen with separate outside utility room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views.  On this floor there are also two further bedrooms both en suite (one with a bath) and both with private balconies and fabulous views.  All bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning.

The villa is equipped with an ipod docking station and wireless internet connection.  There is a large flat screen TV together with DVD in the living room and each bedroom is equipped with it's own flat screen TV and DVD.

Services

The rental price of the villa includes a daily maid service with a linen and towel change mid week and again at the end of the week.  We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge.  The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis.  We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Marina, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap.
