Villa Likya is a substantial 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate. This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980's and is one of Kalkan's best loved neighbourhoods with it's beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The house is perfectly located just a 3 minute walk from the town centre with it's shops, restaurants and bars. The residential neighbourhood offers the added comfort of a night-time security guard.
Villa Likya has 5 bedrooms; 3 double and 2 twin bedded rooms with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The house has been newly decorated and offers a large open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting room and television room. There is a large outside patio area with private swimming pool, stone BBQ and a large roof terrace with comfy seating sea views.
Villa Likya has satellite TV with movie, sports and film channels in English.
Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal, with a full clean mid week and linen and towel change at the end of each week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. Pool towels are supplied. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze restaurant. The close proximity to the Korsan Apartments means we can offer 'room service' from the Apartments' cafe.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
