The residents of Likya enjoy the use of Kalkan's largest fresh water swimming pool and poolside bar. The residential neighbourhood offers the added comfort of a night-time security guard and an enviable location just 3 minutes walk from the centre of town.
Villa Likya has 5 bedrooms; 3 double and 2 twin bedded rooms with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The house has been newly decorated and offers a large open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting room and television room. There is a large outside patio area with stone BBQ and a large roof terrace with comfy seating sea views.
Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal, with a full clean mid week and linen and towel change at the end of each week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Meze, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap. The close proximity to the Korsan Apartments means we can offer 'room service' from the Apartments' cafe.
