Blue Manzara, is a stunning 5 bedroom house in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. It is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's water sports facilities.
The villa enjoys a very large pool terrace with heated swimming pool and separate jacuzzi. The terrace is fully equiped with sun beds, large sun umbrellas, comfy seating area, shaded dining area and stone BBQ.
On the ground floor is a large contemporary fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room, living room, twin bedroom and shower room. The kitchen and sitting room both have large concertina doors which open onto the pool terrace.
On the first floor are two very large master bedrooms with 2m double beds, one has an en-suite shower room the other a bath and separate shower. Both rooms have large doors opening onto a balcony which goes around the front of the house. There is also a twin bedded room with en-suite and separate balcony.
On the second floor is a further double bedroom with it's own terrace, bathroom, kitchenette and further large roof terrace.
All bedrooms are fully airconditioned.
For your comfort the villa offers a plasma screen and DVD player together with wireless internet connection and ipod docking station.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes a daily maid service with a linen and towel change mid week and again at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Marina, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap.
