This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980's and is one of Kalkan's best loved neighbourhoods with it's beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with it's shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs. Mor Ev has it's own private pool and stunning views of the bay and mountains from the roof terrace. The residential neighbourhood offers the added comfort of a night-time security guard.
Mor Ev has 5 bedrooms; 3 double and 2 twin bedded rooms with 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite) and a downstairs wc. The house has been modernized throughout and offers a large open plan contemporary living space with a beautiful kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, sitting room area, separate TV area with flat screen TV and DVD player (no TV connection, just for DVD viewing). There is a large outside patio area with sun loungers, outside dining table, and comfy seating area. The internal staircase takes you up to the large roof terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views.
Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean and towel change mid week and a full clean and linen change again at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Meze, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap. The Korsan Apartments are also just a stone's throw from the villa and the pool side cafe is a very delicious and convenient lunch time venue and also provides a 'room service' menu.
