'Number 15' is a beautiful fully refurbished 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate. This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980's and is one of Kalkan's best loved neighbourhoods with it's beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with it's shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs. 'Number 15' has it's own private pool and stunning views from the first floor and the roof terrace. The residential neighbourhood offers the added comfort of a night-time security guard.
'Number 15' has 5 bedrooms; 3 double and 2 twin bedded rooms with 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The house has been modernized throughout and offers a large airy open plan living space with a beautiful contemporary kitchen, breakfast bar, sitting room area with flat screen TV and DVD player, and separate study with wifi internet connection. There is a large outside patio with sun loungers, outside dining table, stone BBQ and comfy seating area. Take a flight of stairs up from the pool terrace to the large roof terrace with sea views.

Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean and linen and towel change mid week and again at the end of the week. Pool towels are supplied. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze restaurant. The Korsan Apartments are also just a stone's throw from the villa and the pool side cafe is a very delicious and convenient lunch time venue and also provides a 'room service' menu.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
