Villa Samsara is a beautiful contemporary style 4 bedroom house in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The property enjoys a stunning position on the hill overlooking Kalkan, the bay and the islands beyond.
Samsara is situated approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill walk to the Thursday Market where you will find delicious fresh produce and many bargains to be had. A car is advisable as, although the property is very close to town, it is a steep walk home.
The house has an outside pool terrace with a non-chemical pool, shaded eating and seating areas, stone BBQ, sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool can be heated for the cooler months at the beginning and end of the summer season.
The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped contemporary kitchen with sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. There is also a wc on this floor.
On the first floor there a large double bedroom and a further very spacious bedroom with bunk beds and room for extra 'put-u-up' beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with wet room style showers and large covered balconies with stunning panoramic views.
On the second floor are 2 further large bedrooms, both with twin beds and one with ensuite. Also on this floor is a large 'family' bathroom which could be used solely by the fourth bedroom.
One more flight of stairs takes you onto a stunning roof terrace with comfy seating which is the perfect place to lie back and watch the stars.
The property is equipped with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, wireless internet connection and ipod docking station.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.
The property has lockable garage parking for one car together with a spacious lockable storage area.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean mid week and linen and towel change at the end of each week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. Pool towels are supplied. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze restaurant.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
