Serin Ev, which translates as "Cool House", is a stunning 5 bedroom house in the Komurluk area of Kalkan. Serin Ev is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's water sports facilities.
This exquisite contemporary style house fully exploits its stunning position and views with floor to ceiling windows and doors which open back fully to let the outside in and create a magnificent atmosphere of light, air and space.
The house has a very large outside pool terrace with shaded eating and seating areas, stone BBQ, sun loungers/beds and table tennis table. The pool is heated for the cooler months at the beginning and end of the summer season.
The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedded room and shower room.
On the first floor there are two impressive master bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there is also a further large bathroom and a twin bedded room with small side balcony. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Take another flight of stairs to the top floor and you will find another twin bedded room and large bathroom. This floor also opens onto a stunning roof terrace with comfy seating which is the perfect place to lie back and watch the stars.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes a daily maid service with a linen and towel change twice a week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Marina, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap.
