This stylish villa is beautifully positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and the Islands beyond. The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's water sports facilities.
The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view, with extensive outside terracing areas and stunning infinity pool. The interior of the property is spacious, bright and airy.
You enter the villa via a flight of steps down from the quiet road behind. On this entrance floor is a large open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Also on this floor is a separate utility room with washing machine, shower room and wc and a large bedroom (twin) with ensuite shower room.
The living room and bedroom have large sliding doors which frame the breathtaking uninterrupted views of Kalamar Bay. The doors open onto an exceptionally large pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols, comfy seating, outside dining table, stone BBQ and a spectacular infinity pool. Below the pool terrace is a covered games room area with pool table and table tennis table.
On the first floor are four further bedrooms, three doubles all with ensuites and one room with bunk beds. The three doubles have large sliding doors opening onto a magnificent balcony.
Take a further flight of stairs to the top floor of the house where you will find a spectacular roof terrace furnished with comfy sofas and a traditional Turkish seating platform area. Perfect for watching the sun sink over the mountains or for watching the crystal clear night sky. The is also a kitchenette and wc on this floor.
The villa is equipped with a DVD player and large flat screen, together with wifi internet connection.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean mid week and linen and towel change at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Meze, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap.
