Sun & Moon Villa is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom house in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. Sun & Moon Villa is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's water sports facilities.
The house is tastefully decorated and enjoys beautiful views over the bay and islands. There is a large outside terrace with private pool, eating and seating areas, a stone BBQ and sun loungers. Please note there are partial sea views from the pool terrace.
The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with separate outside utility room. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.
On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there are also two further bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, both en suite (one with a bath) and both with private balconies and sea views. All bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning.
Take another flight of stairs to the top floor which opens onto a stunning roof terrace.
Below the pool terrace there is also a games room with table tennis table. The villa is equipped with a TV and DVD player.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean and linen and towel change mid week and again at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from our restaurants The Korsan Marina, The Korsan Fish Terrace and Korsan Kebap.
