This stunning contemporary style house is beautifully positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and the Islands beyond. The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's water sports facilities.
The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view, bringing the outside in and creating a light, airy and spacious open plan living area.
You enter the villa via a flight of steps down from the quiet road behind. On this entrance floor is a large open plan strikingly furnished living room and beautiful fully equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar. On this floor is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, shower room and wc and a large bedroom (twin) with ensuite shower room.
The living room and bedroom have large sliding doors which frame the breathtaking uninterrupted views of Kalamar Bay. The doors open onto an exceptionally large pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols, comfy seating, outside dining table, stone BBQ and a spectacular infinity pool.
On the first floor are two 'master' bedrooms both with sumptuous 2m double beds and large ensuite shower rooms (one with wet room and bath). Both double rooms have large sliding doors opening onto a magnificent balcony. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite and balcony. The fourth bedroom on this floor has been furnished with children in mind and has bunk-beds.
Take a further flight of stairs to the top floor of the house where you will find a spectacular roof terrace furnished with comfy sofas and a traditional Turkish seating platform area. Perfect for watching the sun sink over the mountains or for watching the crystal clear night sky. The is also a kitchenette and wc on this floor.
The villa is equipped with a DVD player and large flat screen, together with music system.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean mid week and linen and towel change at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. Pool towels are supplied. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze restaurant.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
