This stunning brand new contemporary style house is beautifully positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and the Islands beyond. The property enjoys a peaceful location at the end of a road with just hillside beyond. The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it's beautiful clear sea for swimming, it's restaurant, bar and water sports facilities.
The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view, bringing the outside in and creating a light, airy and spacious open plan living area.
At ground level there is a large double garage for off road parking.
A flight of stairs takes you to the games floor level where you can play snooker and table tennis whilst still enjoying the panoramic Mediterranean views. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room as well as a small kitchenette with a fridge.
Another short flight of steps takes you to a breathtaking terrace equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, shaded comfortable seating, an alfresco dining area with stone BBQ and a turquoise swimming pool.
Inside the villa the spacious open plan living room and fully fitted contemporary kitchen has huge sliding doors which open up to bring the outside in and the inside out. On this floor there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, a downstairs wc and shower. Also a twin bedroom with ensuite and sliding doors opening onto the terrace.
Upstairs you will find three stunning double bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms (one also has a bath as well as the wet room style shower) and private balconies. On this floor there is also a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. This room is perfect for children but the beds are full size and with the additional shower room downstairs it could easily accommodate adults.
On the top floor of this amazing property you will find another small kitchenette, a wc and a roof terrace like no other with a raised Turkish style shaded seating area from which to lie back and watch the sea, the sky and the stars!
The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with a satellite TV (all UK BBC & ITV channels including SkySports) DVD player and large flat screen and has wireless internet connection.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean mid week and linen and towel change at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. Pool towels are supplied. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
