Villa Yaz is a privately owned, immaculate, architect designed house standing in walled gardens with an arched wooden gated entrance. Step inside onto the wonderfully spacious terrace with stunning views of the sea across to Snake and Mouse Islands and you will feel the tension slip away. The infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi are ideal to relax in and provide a focal point for the terraces. Around the outside of the house shade is furnished by the tiled pergolas and the pretty gardens provide the perfect setting for al fresco dinning served from the large stone built BBQ. There are plenty of sun beds and comfy chairs, parasols and of course those wonderful views of the bay and surrounding hills to soothe away your stress.
The interior is exceptionally spacious, cool and designed to meet your every need. Each of the spacious bedrooms has its own character but are all united by an attention to detail, fine materials and opulent comfort. The richly marbled bathrooms create a sense of discreet luxury.

Outside area
The outside terrace has plenty of shade provided by the tiled pergolas for al fresco dinning or just relaxing. It has a stone built illuminated BBQ, infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi (heated in the cooler months) sun beds, parasols, comfortable wrought iron chairs, bean bags, dinning tables and chairs.

Villa Yaz is a non-smoking villa.
Smoking is not permitted in the house, on the balconies or on the terraces.
The rental price of the villa includes a daily maid service with a linen and towel change twice a week. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis.
Nearby
You may not want to leave the villa but if you do venture out, you will find plenty to see and do. Villa Yaz is just 300 metres from the Kalamar Beach Club - a great place to relax on the sun terraces, enjoy the food in the small, friendly restaurant or be more energetic and take part in the many water sports offered. The beach club also offers free wireless internet access. The unspoilt village of Kalkan, offering a variety of restaurants and interesting shops, is approximately a fifteen minute stroll away. With a five minute taxi ride back to the Villa after an evening out if you don’t feel like the walk, Villa Yaz is ideal for a relaxing break.
How to get to Villa Yaz
Kalkan is between 1.5 - 2 hours drive from Dalaman Airport. We can organise your transfers for you at a cost of £50 each way for a car (for up to three people), or £60 each way for a minibus (for four to seven people). Alternatively you can fly into Antalya Airport and the transfer time would be approximately 3 hours. Prices for Antalya transfers are available on request.
If you'd prefer to hire your own car from Dalaman Airport and make your own way to the villa, we can also arrange this for you.

Kalkan
Is a pretty village nestling on the edge of the Toros Monutains with charming
whitewashed houses clinging onto the the steep cobbled streets that wind down
to the harbour. Shopping is a delight in the maze of backstreets and there are
a myraid of wonderful
restaurants offering a wide variety of dishes.
There are many places of natural beauty and historical interest to visit within easy reach; Lycian Way, Saklikent Gorge, Kekova sunken city, Tlos, Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara and of course to the west, is the magnificent beach of Patara with a sparkling length of pale golden sand that stretches almost forever, or at least 18km! Take a drive into the mountains and you discover a lush region of lakes and streams, where you can feast on fresh trout in the midst of stunning scenery. With the absence of mass tourism the whole region remains unspoiled and is dotted with villages where time has stood still
