Yaz Evi meaning summer house is a new contemporary style house overlooking Kalamar Bay and 1 km from Kalkan centre. The house has 3 bedrooms arranged on 4 floors and furnished in a contemporary style to a very high standard. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, open plan dinning / sitting room, entrance hall and downstairs wc. The outside terrace has plenty of sun lounging space, a shaded dinning area, private infinity pool, outside shower, stone BBQ, parasols and sun beds. Upstairs on the first floor is the master suite with bathroom and dressing room. Two further bedrooms one twin and one double are on the 2nd floor . All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air-conditioning and balconies with stunning views across the bay and mountains. On the top floor is a spacious roof terrace and further wc.
For your comfort the villa offers TV, DVD and CD players together with wireless internet connection and ipod docking station.
Services
The rental price of the villa includes daily rubbish removal with a full clean and towel change mid week and full clean, linen and towel change at the end of the week. We also offer a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. Pool towels are supplied. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis. We offer an early morning fresh bread delivery service as well as our take-away and home delivery service from The Korsan Meze.
BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.
