Venus sits high on the hill above Kalkan overlooking Kalkan Bay and the harbour.  This spectacular property enjoys breathtaking panoramic views across all of Kalkan and offers an unrivaled standard of accommodation.

This fabulously spacious property has a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor with a separate utility room, downstairs wc and also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The living room and kitchen both open onto a pool terrace with large swimming pool, shaded dining area, stone BBQ and sun beds with sun umbrellas.  From this level the pool cascades down to the smaller ‘children’s’ pool below with further space for relaxing and enjoying the view and the sun shine.

From the living room climb the sweeping staircase to the first floor where you will find two stunning master bedrooms both with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and balconies from which to view the harbour and the whole of Kalkan.  A remarkable view, even more breathtaking at night with the town lit up below.  On this floor is a further twin bedroom, again with en-suite bathroom and private balcony.  There is also a small single room perfect for a child.

For those times when you need to escape from the heat, the living room has a large wall mounted plasma screen and DVD player.  For your convenience there is also wireless internet connection and an ipod docking station. The striking contemporary kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Due to the villa’s spectacular position high above Kalkan, a hire car is recommended.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. It features a café with expertly made coffees from sustainably sourced beans worldwide and a comfortable upstairs bistro with a varied menu, live music, and a sociable venue atmosphere.

Korsan Meze

Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. It offers a wide and varied menu known for its traditional Turkish meze, tasty lamb dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian choices, and traditional kebabs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.

Korsan Fish Terrace

Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.
