It is a beautiful and unique 3 bedroom house located in an olive grove close to the town and with uninterrupted views of the sea. The house offers seclusion and privacy but is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. On the ground floor, there is a sitting room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Wide sliding doors open onto a very large outside sitting, dining and sunbathing terrace. The beautiful infinity pool looks down over the olive grove to the sea and the islands beyond. In the main house there is a minstrel gallery double bedroom with ensuite shower room and large wooden terrace.

Tas Bahce is a beautiful and unique 3 bedroom house located in an olive grove close to the town and with uninterrupted views to the sea. The house offers seclusion and privacy but is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. On the ground floor there is a sitting room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Wide sliding doors open onto a very large outside sitting, dining and sunbathing terrace. The beautiful infinity pool looks down over the olive grove to the sea and the islands beyond.
In the main house there is a minstrel gallery double bedroom with ensuite shower room and large wooden terrace. Korsan Tas Bahce is the perfect romantic retreat for two but for friends or family travelling together there is a second ensuite bedroom with sitting room area and kitchenette. A third ensuite bedroom has its own external access from the garden level. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with satellite TV (limited English language channels), DVD player, flat screen, wifi and ipod docking station.

BBQ Service For those lazy lunch times and evenings when you want to stay by the pool, Korsan offers a BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared. If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself, a member of the Korsan team can prepare the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge for the chef but a ‘tip’ would be appreciated.

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.
Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. It features a café with expertly made coffees from sustainably sourced beans worldwide and a comfortable upstairs bistro with a varied menu, live music, and a sociable venue atmosphere.
Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. It offers a wide and varied menu known for its traditional Turkish meze, tasty lamb dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian choices, and traditional kebabs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.
Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.
