Doğukan Varol

Doğukan Varol has gained experience across many of Bodrum’s most exclusive hotels and his home region of Tekirdağ in the northwest of Turkey. With years of service as the Italian Cuisine chef of both Vouge and Lujo Hotel and Mett Hotels Turkish cuisine and room service chef, he specialises in all things mediterranean and all things Italian or Turkish.


Esra Nur Büyük

Esra Nur Büyük, specialising in meats and animal products, has had an eclectic career. From Chef de Cuisine in the highly decorated and award winning Lujo Hotel in Bodrum to her role as executive chef in Istanbul’s Galeyan restaurant which specialises in Turkish cuisine, she has mastered her craft of authentically Turkish fine dining. Currently she can be found running her own, equally accomplished, steakhouse, Nuz, in Istanbul’s Sultanahmet area.
Selçukhan Yurt

Selcukhan Yurt has been an integral part of many of Turkey’s esteemed kitchens. Rising through the ranks to become Sous Chef of Vouge Restaurant, then of the domestically famous Rixos hotel group, and now Executive Sous Chef of Hyde Bodrum, he is proficient in all things fish and seafood.


Cihan Demirtaş

Cihan Demirtaş has gained success at home and abroad in Qatar and Kuwait, and is now serving as the Chef de Cuisine of the prestigious Sunset Hospitality Group, whilst also leading Turkey’s national gastronomy team. Blending the modern and the traditional, the eastern with the western, he is a master of Central European cuisine, and all things Italian, French, and Spanish.
