· Complementary welcome hamper provided with all the necessary supplies for your arrival.
· Shopping service – Send us your personal shopping list in advance of your arrival and, for a small fee, we will do a full supermarket shop for you. Putting food stuffs away in the fridge, freezer and cupboards for your arrival.
· Airport transfers arranged with a local reliable transport company. Professional drivers, comfortable vehicles. Drivers will meet our Korsan guests at the airport and in most cases will pass the guest a Korsan welcome letter together with the villa keys.
· A member of the Korsan team will meet the transfer vehicle at the property to help our guests with their luggage. For late night arrivals the transfer driver will be happy to assist.
· A Korsan Villas Representative will visit all guests the morning after arrival to welcome them, to answer any questions and to provide information about the property.

· The Korsan Villa Representative is contactable throughout the day, and at night time for emergencies, by telephone. The Representative will provide guests will contact numbers including WhatsApp for free calls.
· Return transfer details provided in advance with check-out times. We will try to be as accommodating as possible with check-out times. We can store luggage for guests with late departure times and provide suggestions of where to spend the day.
All Korsan Villas offer the highest standard cleaning service. As standard, the Korsan team of cleaners will do a full top to bottom clean of your villa mid-week and at the end of each week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly. We are mindful of the environment but if you wish to have your bed linen changed more often this can be arranged. A member of the team will visit daily to remove rubbish and deal with any cleaning issues. Additional daily cleaning can be arranged with an extra fee.

- All Korsan properties provide the fastest possible wifi internet connection.
- All Korsan properties provide a private back-up water store for when the mains water is unavailable.
- The majority of Korsan Villas have TV packages offering international and English language channels, blue tooth speakers and DVD machine facilities.

We pride ourselves on our maintenance response time and will always have any maintenance issues dealt with in the fastest possible time.
Our Korsan Team all wear clothing with the Korsan logo so can be easily identified. All staff carry a mobile phone and can put you in touch with a fluent English speaking member of staff as necessary.
