We stayed in Villa Kamasa for a week in August (for the third time!) and it just never disappoints! The view is unbelievable and everyone who walks in just goes 'WOW'. It is so well equipped and the outside bar area is a really great addition. We absolutely love it! It fully deserves a five-star review from us and all our guests!

Nar Evi is a lovely villa with fabulous views. Spotlessly clean, everything was faultless, and the whole family enjoyed the pool daily. Great communication prior to and during our stay, with help and support available if needed. Steep hill near the villa in order to walk into the main town, but that just helped to work off the lovely food!
Our stay at Villa Arthur was nothing short of exceptional - it truly exceeded all our expectations for our first trip to Kalkan. Traveling as a group of 12, we often find it challenging to find accommodation that is spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located. Villa Arthur ticked every box and more.
We loved our stay at Minik Korsan. The location suited us perfectly, very close to the harbour, bars and restaurants but felt very peaceful. The Korsan team were wonderful, arranging our transfers which worked perfectly and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Communication via WhatsApp worked very well. We couldn't decide which of the outside spaces we loved most (the patio, roof terrace, front or rear balconies) but we used them all at different times of the day. There was always sun or shade available. I would highly recommend Korsan! We also tried all 3 of their restaurants and they were amazing.
We’ve been staying at this villa for over 10 years. It’s in a fabulous location, within walking distance to everything you need. The villa itself has gorgeous interiors, lots of outdoor seating, an amazing roof terrace with stunning views and the use of two pools.

We spent a fantastic week in Villa Korsan with grandparents, cousins, siblings and in-laws. The villa had everything we could have asked for and there is so much space that even with a large group it felt comfortable. Away from the hustle of Kalkan but a short taxi ride when you want to be there - it is a great location. The level of quality and service from the Korsan team was second to none - they think of everything and really made the holiday extra special.
Wow wow wow! We had the most amazing holiday staying at this villa. The views are to die for and greet you as soon as you step through the front door, from every room and bedroom. Very well equipped too and Mesut from Korsan Villas couldn’t have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be returning.
We had the most incredible stay at the villa: the rooms are beautiful and host stunning views of Kalkan. The villa is really spacious and cool with everything you could need. We particularly enjoyed spending time by the pool with the incredible backdrop. The location is another highlight where we enjoyed many a day trip out. Thank you for such a memorable holiday!
Villa Majorelle is five-star luxury. Superbly located a short drive to the centre of Kalkan ( also very special) and a short walk to the Mediterranean if you would like a sea swim. It has an infinity pool with wonderful sea views which is adjacent to the ground floor entertainment area, simply brilliant. Its location is so close to so much history, countryside, stunning seascape, great eating options and brilliant sunny weather.
As you can gather we absolutely love Villa Majorelle and highly recommend staying there if you want something truly special.
My family had a wonderful stay here in July. Very helpful service from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. Your team all respond positively and efficiently in a helpful manner. The house and the pool are lovely facilities, well located. The butler barbecue service was brilliant and we enjoyed eating at your Korsan fish and Mezze restaurants which provide great food and excellent service, Thank you. This is the third time we have stayed with you over the last 5 years but first time at this villa.
The villa is spacious and immaculate. Staff were fantastically helpful and looked after us well. We love the Turkish breakfast at the kitchen too! Love the views over Kalamar Bay.
Had a brilliant three days at Minik Korsan. It’s small but perfectly done & has everything you could possibly need. The location in the heart of the old town cannot be beaten. All of the people I dealt with from Korsan were lovely & Emre brought us some of their own olive oil as a gift when we left. Highly recommend.
When you really want to fly and flop this is the place to stay - complete chill, spacious, luxurious and elegant! It's a must
We chose Villa Bono to celebrate a special birthday with all the family - it was a beautiful Villa at the end of the road, walkable to shops & restaurants and beach clubs - although a very steep hill back up. We visited Korsan Kitchen where we had lovely food & also ordered Mezes on our arrival. We loved the pool, jacuzzi, table tennis & gym. The communication is fantastic when booking and throughout our stay, we highly recommend Korsan Villas and hope to return soon.
Just had an amazing week at Villa Halcyon. Wow what a place! The view from every room in the villa was breathtaking. It was so peaceful and relaxing and the villa had everything we needed. The cleaning team and pool man were fantastic and communication with our Rep Mesut was faultless. We are looking forward to returning next year!
Perfect villa which was in the most desirable location for walking to town and still have magnificent views. Korsan were impeccable from start to finish taking care of us in all aspects. Absolutely beautiful villa in a lovely area. It is in a great location and the view from the villa is amazing. The villa was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. From a very easy booking system, through an extremely helpful team, to a great villa in Kalkan it all made for a great week away. Nothing was too much trouble when asking questions or seeking advice on the area.
We have just spent a wonderful family week at Villa Likya. A big thank you to the Korsan team who were very helpful, before and during our stay. The villa was lovely and very well maintained. We took the opportunity to have a villa chef and BBQ, which we really recommend. We also ate at Korsan Fish Restaurant and Korsan Kitchen. Both restaurants were excellent. The food and service were very good.

We returned to Villa Korsan for a second consecutive year and it lived up to all our expectations. From arriving and being helped up the stairs with our luggage, arranging the various “add-ons”, organising taxis every night and arranging for a fabulous sunset cruise. Villa Korsan has everything for our family and friends and the Korsan service is second to none. The Villa is clean, comfortable, modern and has all the facilities required for a large group of guests. Special mention for Ezgi and the wonderful Deniz who were so helpful. There is so much to do in Kalkan with great restaurants, clubs for the younger guests and wonderful beach clubs. We fully intend to return again soon.
We have been going to Villa Kamasa for the last eight years and it never disappoints!! The most magnificent views over the bay and easy access to the town with restaurants to suit all. The interior is well planned so if you are with a large party there is plenty of space for solitary moments if needed!! The bbq area is a real bonus.. we’ve had some fabulous times there! Looking forward to making more memories in the future!
Amazing villa, amazing views, amazing memories! The Olive House is beautiful. It has everything you need to have the perfect holiday. I would totally recommend staying here. Even in large groups, there are enough spaces for everyone to feel as though they are getting away from it all!
A very nice villa, well equipped and maintained with a lovely pool. It was a short walk to the sea and the Korsan staff were on hand if we needed anything. Recommended!
We had a fantastic stay at Tas Evi as a family group of five and two children. The villa was extremely spacious, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and perfect in every way. There was plenty of outdoor space and the roof terrace was lovely in the evening when the sun had moved off the pool area and the views were amazing. The location was ideal for us as everything was within walking distance. We would definitely recommend the villa and the Korsan team, thank you.
I’ve just returned from the most incredible stay in Kalkan, and I can honestly say that Korsan made it unforgettable from start to finish. The villa was pure luxury, beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and perfectly positioned with those magical Kalkan sea views that never get old. The Korsan team is brilliant and genuinely cared that we had the best possible stay. Whether it was arranging a boat trip, dinner reservations, or simply offering local tips! Kalkan itself is such a gem: charming, laid-back, full of incredible restaurants and views at every turn. If you’re thinking of visiting Kalkan, don’t hesitate — book with Korsan. We had the most amazing time in this wonderful villa. It is luxury from start to finish and as a ‘girl’s’ group holiday it couldn’t have been better. It is clearly one of the best villas in the area. Minutes from the crystal clear sea for a dip. The seating area and infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous bay and town would be hard to improve on. Our rep could not have been more helpful with recommendations and bookings - even bringing us limes and lemons for our G&Ts when we couldn’t find them in the local supermarket! The villa is spotless and so well equipped. There isn’t anything not to love. Only downside is trying to keep Kalkan and Villa Manor a secret so we can re-book! 5*!!!!
What a fantastic villa. As soon as we walked through the door we knew we had made the right decision to come here. It’s in a great position, just a 10 minute walk into town and the views from the villa are spectacular. The villa is so well equipped that if you want to eat in some nights it’s easy to do so or Kalkan is full of many good restaurants. One night we used one of the “in villa services” on offer through Korsan. It was the bbq evening and Korsan also sent a chef so I did not need to do the cooking which was great and he even cleared up. The villa is so comfortable and even though it is near town it’s very quiet. A wonderful holiday, villa, and a company in “Korsan” I can’t fault any part. Our rep Mesut was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble and he helped us with both restaurant bookings and a day boat trip. He even helped find my daughter’s favourite toy and send it to us in the UK, when I realised at the airport that I had left it in the villa! We are very much looking forward to returning soon.
What can I say. An unbelievable holiday and stay in Villa Dolly. We were a large family of 12 and the space within the Villa was great. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and spacious. The pool and area around for sunbathing was great. Korsan Kalkan were amazing they saw to our every need from bringing water and fresh bread every morning to organizing chefs to cook Turkish Brunch and BBQs. They bring the food, set up the table, clear and wash everything. An amazing efficient service that all the family enjoyed so much. The situation of Villa Dolly was fantastic, so close to town and the views were outstanding. Will definitely book again and would recommend to all my friends.
We had a wonderful stay at Pembe Ev in late October. The villa is beautifully appointed with plenty of room for everyone and lots of great facilities. The little snack bar by the larger shared pool is a nice benefit if you want a quick, simple lunch and the Korsan staff could not have been more helpful with any queries. The villa’s location is superb with wonderful views over the bay and a short stroll into the old town. Lots of supermarkets etc. nearby too. Overall, we loved it and will definitely come again!

I have been lucky enough to enjoy a few stays at Blue Manzara, on a family holiday and also with a group of girlfriends. It is the perfect setting for a special group get together. There is everything you need at the villa - spacious rooms, very well equipped with magical views from the infinity pool. It’s so relaxing it’s hard to leave but on the doorstep and numerous lovely local restaurants, easy access for a morning sea swim and great shops to mooch around before dinner. The local Hammams are also quite an experience! We had great fun trying out some of the water sports in the bay below and taking a day trip on one of the yachts in the harbour. I can’t wait to go back!
We loved our stay in Villa Aysu - lovely views, great pool, brilliant to have table tennis and exercise room for energetic offspring. We went as a family of 5 with 3 adult children and villa was perfect space for us all. Beds comfy, rooms spacious, all with balconies and most with views of the sea. Air conditioning throughout the villa was much appreciated! First time in Kalkan which we loved - everyone very friendly, delicious food and lots of options, great beach clubs and opportunity for other outings. The Korsan team were really helpful at all times - offering advice for day trips, booking beach clubs, recommending taxi driver who patiently and entertainingly took us to all the places we wanted to go to including Saklikent Gorge, Kas and Patara Beach for sunset. Tamer was really helpful, quickly responding to any questions we had. Great to have airport transfers organised for us - very efficient and comfortable. We loved our meals at Korsan Meze and the Fish Terrace and also delicious last morning breakfast at Korsan Kitchen. Judging from other reviews we clearly should have gone for the villa catering too (next time!). However, we did make use of the BBQ for home cooking which was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of Euros football on while we were there which was accommodated in lots of bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere. Thanks to all the Kalkan team for making our holiday so hassle-free and enjoyable. We loved Kalkan and very much hope to return.
Villa Majorelle is a wonderful luxury villa. The location is a short walk to the Mediterranean and some excellent rooftop restaurants. The grocery stores are nearby and downtown Kalkan is only a 5 minute drive. My wife and I stayed at the villa this past September with two other couples and had a fantastic vacation. The villa is spacious, well maintained, with an infinity pool and a stunning view of the Kalamar Bay. The management company does an excellent job having arranged our pick up from the airport as well as providing us with a rental car not to mention fresh bread daily. The roads are steep and winding so a good rental car is important. One of our most memorable nights was when the management company arranged for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a fantastic multicourse meal centered around fresh seafood caught that day. Kalkan and the surrounding area in Turkey is a magical place and we are excited to return in the near future to explore as well as enjoy relaxation time at Villa Majorelle.
Villa Arthur was absolutely amazing and we really appreciated Jane and Mesut’s help throughout! The Korsan BBQ and Yoga with Olga on the terrace were particular highlights! We would definitely recommend and would love to return!
From the moment we walked into this beautiful Villa and saw that stunning view, we fell in love, the villa was spacious, nicely decorated, the kitchen was so well equipped with absolutely everything you need, the bedrooms/bathrooms all fabulous, each one with fab balconies or terrace and all with outstanding views especially from the roof, the outside space was spacious with enough sun beds for us all and the outside eating area was magical the night we had the Korsan caterers in for BBQ night, they were friendly and the food just kept coming, amazing, made it very special. Fish Terrace restaurant was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for Mesut he really looked after us. Would 100% recommend this Villa 💛
12 of us stayed at this amazing villa, it offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Was very comfortable for all of us. The villa itself is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. Suzanne was incredibly hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a gorgeous pool and stunning natural scenery, this villa is the place to be. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much to Ezgi, Tamer and the team for organising such a brilliant holiday for us and our 6 teenage children. Villa Manzil was perfect and there was so much space. They even organised a separate bed to be put into one of the bedrooms for us which was very comfortable apparently. Tamer helped suggest restaurants and excursions and Ezgi answered every annoying question I had! We really did have a great time and will be back next year.

We contacted Korsan about having a chef come in one evening and cook for seven of us. Tamer responded very quickly and provided a number of options. He was also able to tailor the menu to the specific needs of a couple of our party - one lactose intolerant, another doesn’t eat anything “spicy”!
The meal was absolutely brilliant with a huge amount of food. The barbecued fish and meats were superb and everyone complimented the chef on the quality of his work. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely book this again.
Last Sunday we decided we would like to enjoy a relaxed lunch at our villa. I engaged with Tamer at Korsan and we organised for Mezze and a Sea Bream BBQ - with king prawns. Wow it was fabulous. The chef came an hour earlier and set everything up; we did not lift a finger. Everything tasted amazing, and the portions were huge, so we felt guilty that we could not eat it all! I would highly recommend this team for their flexibility, prompt responses and overall friendly service! Definitely use them again.
A lovely meal prepared at late notice by our fabulous chef. The food was amazing, reasonably priced, and we only arranged the dinner that morning. Very happy!

Korsan Kalkan was absolutely incredible!! They catered breakfast and dinners for our large group. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. They also created the most magical birthday party for us with a bartender, belly dancer and one of the best cakes I have had! Communication was fast and reliable. I could not recommend their services more!
During our stay in Kalkan, we booked twice – once for a Turkish breakfast and once for a fish menu for dinner. Both experiences were absolutely excellent!
We would especially like to highlight the cook, Mrs. Özge. She is not only a warm-hearted and caring chef, but also fulfilled all our wishes with great dedication. It was a real pleasure to meet her.

We had chef Halef come to our villa to cater for a joint birthday party and had the most amazing experience. Tamer was incredibly professional, helpful and easy to work with and helped us organise the special occasion. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend to friends and family visiting Kalkan!
We had both the Fish Lunch and an evening BBQ arranged impeccably by Tamer. The table settings were lovely and the food delicious and not having to tidy up afterwards was great!
We had a fantastic bbq from Korsan BBQ last night. It could not have been easier - the table laid for us complete with flowers and the most delicious array of food served to us at our table. All the clearing and washing up was done for us which all made for a perfect evening. I would definitely recommend using Korsan Kitchen.

We have just had the most wonderful evening at our villa with friends having a Korsan BBQ. Brilliantly organised by our rep Tamer who was so helpful, we were looked after so well. The food arrived on time, the chef was fantastic, the food delicious and fresh, and they took care of everything. At the end of it all, everything was cleaned and tidied away. Tamer made the process so easy. They came the day before and checked on everything. Our bbq wasn’t good enough so they returned with their own.

We had a fantastic BBQ organised and catered by Tamer. The meats and fish were delicious, the table was set beautifully including vases of sweet pea flowers, my favourite! So relaxing to have a chef do all the cooking and wash up afterwards, a big thank you to Tamer and our chefs, highly recommended 😋💗
We ordered very easily on WhatsApp. The catering manager was very efficient and I could pay in pounds direct from my normal account into a UK bank account which made it easy. Two people came to cook and clear up after. The food was excellent and portion sizes very generous. The sardines were plump and big - delicious. The lamb chops were my favourite but all the food was nicely marinaded. And they cleared up very well. We felt it was well worth it and had a very enjoyable evening. We would do it again.

The Mediterranean Seafood menu was absolutely delicious. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Lots of wonderful food, salads and very tasty fish.

So we flew into Kalkan from a rainy Cheshire in the UK with some of the family arriving via the UK capital London to gorgeous Turkey and the sun. Before we left we booked a Korsan chef experience and it was superb, the guys turned up and cooked up a storm with local mezes, grilled meats, fish and Turkish fare that fed and appeased a hungry crowd of young Brits. We would thoroughly recommend and use again on our return to Kalkan.
My parents were in Kalkan and I wanted to send a Father’s Day gift to my Dad even though I was in the UK. I contacted Tamer the catering manager on WhatsApp and they sent the menu and made the process so quick and easy. An hour later the gift had been delivered to my Dad. It was presented so nicely in a tasteful box and looked great. He was very impressed and said it was delicious. Thank you for making everything so easy and straightforward Tamer!
We had the Korsan Full English Breakfast arranged for my dad for Father's Day, and the experience was absolutely first rate. Tamer (the catering manager) made sure booking and organising was so easy and effortless, and the chef was absolutely phenomenal. Service from start to finish was wonderful, and the breakfast was 5*. The eggs and Turkish sausage were definitely highlights! Would most definitely recommend!

Absolutely blown away by the in-villa catering experience we had last night! From the moment they arrived, everything was done with so much care and attention to detail. The table setting alone was beautifully decorated.
Every single dish they served was incredible — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love. We had fresh mezzes and traditional Turkish dishes. The team was also great, very friendly and happy to give us recommendations. We had a long day of travelling and the team made our first night easy and memorable, couldn’t recommend them more and can’t wait to have more dinners prepared by them!
Whilst on a recent holiday to Kalkan, my friends and I decided to treat ourselves to a private chef at the villa we had hired. We were in Kalkan to celebrate 3 of our special Birthdays.
The whole booking process with Korsan Catering was excellent.
We decided to have a BBQ meal and Rick was able to design a menu we all loved and even managed to cater for some allergies ( nuts, goats cheese and gluten).
The chef arrived and set everything up; he even cut some flowers to lay on the table! The food was absolutely delicious and we even had enough left over for the following evening. The chef was lovely; very thoughtful and unobtrusive, just what we wanted.
I really would highly recommend Korsan and if we were ever in the area again, we would certainly be return customers. Thank you!!!
