Beyaz Ev is a beautiful fully renovated 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate.  This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkans best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens.

The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.  Beyaz Ev has been fully refurbished and modernized throughout.  It has its own private pool and stunning views of the bay and mountains.

On the ground floor Beyaz Ev has 3 double bedrooms (all en suite) with the two master rooms opening onto the pool terrace.  Also downstairs is a utility room with washing machine and a separate wc. Upstairs is the large open plan contemporary living space and kitchen with magnificent panoramic views.  There is a large shady terrace with dining and comfy seating area overlooking Kalkan Bay, the town and the islands.

For time away from the sun the living area has a smart TV with news and movie channels in English.  On this floor there are also 2 twin bedrooms and a large bathroom. From the living room area take a flight of stairs up to the spectacular roof terrace with comfortable sofas and roof top bar.

The private walled garden has a swimming pool (7.8m x 2.7m, depth 1.35m) sun loungers, a quiet seating area and shaded table tennis table.

Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.

Villa Beyaz Ev has a coffee machine, after which coffee capsules can be purchased from Korsan.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services.
