‘Number 15’ is a beautiful 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate.  This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkans best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens.  The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.  ‘Number 15’ has its own private pool and stunning views from the first floor and the roof terrace.

‘Number 15’ has 5 bedrooms; 3 doubles (2 en-suite) and 2 twin bedded rooms (1 en-suite) with 2 further bathrooms (meaning each bedroom can have a dedicated bathroom).  The house has been beautifully decorated throughout and offers a large airy open plan living space with a beautiful contemporary kitchen, breakfast bar, sitting room area with TV, DVD player, ipod docking station, and separate study with wifi internet connection.  The villa has Internet TV so you can watch all your favourites including BBC, ITV, sports and news channels.

There is a large outside patio with sun loungers, outside dining table, stone BBQ and comfy seating area. At the rear of the villa there is a shady patio area with table tennis table. Take a flight of stairs up from the pool terrace to the large roof terrace with sea views.

The bedrooms are all air conditioned.  The downstairs living room / kitchen area has ceiling fans  as well as air-conditioning.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.
