Bay Life is a gorgeous property located in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, just a stone’s throw from the water.
On the ground floor of the house are two beautiful airy ensuite bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds (can be made as a double). Both bedrooms open onto the pool terrace.
Take a flight of stairs to the middle floor of the house and you will find the modern open plan kitchen and living room with balcony looking out to sea. Large sliding doors open up to make the balcony and living area one beautiful space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for catering at home and for quiet nights in, or to keep in touch with news and sporting events, the smart TV offers an array of streaming services including Netflix, YouTube, etc.
On the top floor is the master bedroom suite with private terrace and stunning views of Kalamar Bay. From the bedroom you can soak in a relaxing bath while enjoying the view!
The outside area of Bay Life offers cool shady seating areas, alfresco dining, stone BBQ, table tennis table, sun lounges and a beautiful turquoise pool.
Street parking is available in front of the property.

BBQ Service
For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool and enjoy your beautiful holiday villa Korsan offers a home BBQ service. To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.
If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you. This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.
Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. It features a café with expertly made coffees from sustainably sourced beans worldwide and a comfortable upstairs bistro with a varied menu, live music, and a sociable venue atmosphere.
Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. It offers a wide and varied menu known for its traditional Turkish meze, tasty lamb dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian choices, and traditional kebabs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.
Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.
Korsan Catering offers a variety of in-villa catering and home-delivery meal services.
