This is an exclusive and highly individual gated complex consisting of 3 separate properties. Each property within the walled complex offers individual private accommodation.
A beautiful winding stone entrance path from the front gate takes you down to the entrance gate of the villa. Inside is an extensive walled and shaded garden area with alfresco dining table, BBQ, comfy seating and table tennis.
Inside, the property offers a very large open plan fully airconditioned living room, beautifully designed and furnished with marble floors and large sliding doors onto the pool terrace with spectacular sea views. The fully fitted kitchen has all the equipment and utensils required for your stay.
The impressive pool terrace is exceptionally spacious and furnished with sun lounges, parasols, and comfy seating. A flight of steps and a stone pathway leads you past the pool to the private beach comprising sunbathing platforms, ladders into the sea, sun lounges and shade.
On the ground floor of the villa are a double ensuite bedroom and a twin ensuite bedroom both enjoying patio doors onto small courtyard areas. A beautiful marble staircase from the living area takes you to the upstairs bedrooms. Here you will find two exceptionally large ensuite master bedrooms with balcony and sea views, a large ensuite twin bedroom and a further ensuite double bedroom . All bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed and stylishly decorated and fully airconditioned.
