Villa Summer Breeze – Sleeps 10 – private pool (8m x 4.7m, depth 1.45m)

This lovely house is beautifully positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and the Islands beyond. The villa is situated approximately a 15/20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it’s water sports facilities.

The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view and offers a very comfortable and spacious open plan living area.

You enter the villa via a flight of steps down from the quiet road behind.  On this entrance floor is a large open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.  On this floor is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, shower room and wc and a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

The living room and bedroom have large sliding doors which frame the breathtaking uninterrupted views of Kalamar Bay.   The doors open onto an exceptionally large pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols, outside dining table, stone BBQ and a spectacular infinity pool.

On the first floor are three further double beds with large ensuite shower rooms (one with wet room and bath).  These rooms all have large doors opening onto a magnificent balcony.  Also on this floor is a smaller room with bunk-beds.  The bunk -beds are full size and can sleep adults.

Take a further flight of stairs to the top floor of the house where you will find a spectacular roof terrace with a traditional Turkish seating platform area.  Perfect for watching the sun sink over the mountains or for watching the crystal clear night sky.  The is also a kitchenette and wc on this floor.

Take another flight of stairs down from the pool terrace level and you will find two further semi Al-fresco rooms which house a pool table, table tennis table and gym equipment.  This area is very cool and the perfect place to escape the heat of the day for a while.

The villa is equipped with a DVD player and large flat screen.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. Korsan Meze

Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach.
