Sun & Moon Villa is a beautifully presented, architect designed 4 bedroom house in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan.  Sun & Moon Villa is situated in a quiet corner of the picturesque town of Kalkan.  It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Also it is just a 5 minute downhill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with its extensive water sports facilities.

The house is tastefully decorated and enjoys beautiful sweeping views over the bay and islands. The villa is surrounded by mature plantation and is immaculately maintained. There is a large outside terrace with private pool, eating and seating areas, a stone BBQ and sun loungers.  The pool area enjoys a sunny aspect and the poolside is ideal for sunbathing with the pool being continually warmed throughout the day and only receiving shade in the late afternoon.

The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living area has folding doors which open out onto the panoramic views of the bay. A flat screen television hangs over the fireplace for cosy evenings indoors. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and its own private patio area on to which the doors can be opened to enjoy an outdoor sitting area. From the open plan living space, a sweeping spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor.

On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views. Also on this floor are two further double bedrooms. One has a double bed while the other has two single beds catering for maximum flexibility in accommodation.  Each room has its own private balcony with views of the sea and each boasts a unique en suite arrangement, one having a bath with shower above and the other with a walk-in shower.  All bedrooms and living areas benefit from air-conditioning.

A further flight of stairs lead onto a stunning roof terrace. The roof terrace has a covered raised seating area from where an aerial sea view awaits. The evening breezes from the sea are not to be missed from this spectacular vantage. A further cloak room and small kitchenette are situated on the roof terrace for evening entertaining.

Below the pool terrace there is also a games room with table tennis table.  The villa is equipped with a plasma screen television and wifi internet connection.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. It features a café with expertly made coffees from sustainably sourced beans worldwide and a comfortable upstairs bistro with a varied menu, live music, and a sociable venue atmosphere.

Korsan Meze

Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.

Korsan Fish Terrace

Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.
