Tas Evi – 5 bedroom villa (sleeps 10) with private pool (7.5m x 3.1 m x 1.6m depth) – 3 minutes from town center.

Tas Evi is a unique, beautifully refurbished 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate.  This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkans best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens.  The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.

Tas Evi has it’s own private pool with stunning views of the town and views across the bay to the islands.  It also enjoys a shady garden to the rear where you can recline in a hammock for a cool afternoon snooze.

Tas Evi has 5 bedrooms; 3 doubles and 2 twin bedded rooms.  All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and there are 2 additional wcs.  The house has been modernized throughout and offers a large open plan living space with a beautiful kitchen and sitting room area with internet TV.  There is a large outside patio area with sun lounges, outside dining table, and comfy seating area.

An external staircase takes you up to the large roof terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views.  On the terrace level there is a further sitting room with TV and wifi which is the perfect teenage space.

Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.

Tas Evi is fully air-conditioned throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine, after which coffee capsules can be purchased from Korsan.

There is a separate utility room housing washing machine and dryer.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services.
