Villa Ela is an impressive and beautifully designed six-bedroom villa, set in an elevated position above Kalkan and enjoying open, uninterrupted panoramic views across the bay. With its striking modern architecture and extensive use of glass, the villa is filled with natural light and makes the most of its spectacular surroundings at every turn.

The interiors are bright, spacious and stylishly furnished, offering a relaxed yet contemporary feel throughout. Villa Ela comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends travelling together.

The villa offers generous outdoor living space, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Guests can enjoy multiple sun terraces, a large infinity pool with sun loungers, and a shaded pergola seating area ideal for long, lazy afternoons. The roof terrace, complete with bar area, rattan furniture and breathtaking views over Kalkan, is a real highlight and the perfect spot for sunset drinks.

Inside, the villa features a large open-plan living space comprising a modern, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. The kitchen is ideal for self-catering, with ample appliances and a breakfast bar, while the lounge offers plush seating, a large flat-screen TV and stylish decorative touches. A games area with table tennis adds to the villa’s appeal, along with a separate guest WC and utility room.

Villa Ela has six well-appointed bedrooms, comprising four double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom enjoys access to a private sun terrace, while the remaining bedrooms are spread across the upper floors, offering comfort, privacy and lovely views.

Outside, an alfresco dining area seating twelve guests, a BBQ, and comfortable outdoor seating create the perfect setting for evening meals under the stars, with the lights of Kalkan twinkling below.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool and enjoy your beautiful holiday villa Korsan offers a home BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. Korsan Meze

Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. It offers a wide and varied menu known for its traditional Turkish meze, tasty lamb dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian choices, and traditional kebabs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.

Korsan Fish Terrace

Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

The Korsan olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. We continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. We operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of our olive oil.
