Villa Eternity – sleeps 16 – infinity pool (16m x 5m x 1.75m depth) (additional indoor pool 1.4m depth)

Villa Eternity enjoys a stunning vantage point on the brow of the hillside in Ortalaan and is just a 15 minute stroll from Kalkan harbour.   This exceptional property accommodates up to 16 guests in 7 bedrooms and offers impressive views of Kalkan and Kalkan Bay.

The open plan kitchen and living space takes up the whole of the ground floor and opens onto the exceptionally large outside pool terrace with al fresco dining, BBQ, comfy shady seating areas, sunbeds, parasols, and occasional tables.

On the lower ground floor area, accessed from the ground floor living area, is a fully equipped gym, indoor pool (which can be heated at an additional charge), and games area with bar.

A staircase from the living area takes you up to the bedroom floors.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (which can be made as a double) all with ensuite facilities and balconies with sea views.

On the top floor is the double penthouse bedroom with en suite, and roof terrace with alfresco Jacuzzi.

The fifth bedroom is on the lower ground floor off the games room area and is a four single-bed quad bedroom with an en-suite shower room, ideal for teenagers.

* Rooms 6 & 7 are not situated in the main villa but are accessed down 2 external flights of stairs.  Both rooms have lockable sliding patio doors onto a small garden area. Due to the location, we recommend that these rooms are suitable for couples rather than children.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, Cinema room, and wifi internet connection.

The villa has a coffee machine, and coffee capsules can be purchased from Korsan.  The water cooler is supplied with a complimentary 19lt water bottle on arrival after which water can be purchased from Korsan. Street parking is available in front of the property.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times and evenings when you want to stay by the pool, Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself, a member of the Korsan team can prepare the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge for the chef but a ‘tip’ would be appreciated.   Please place your order at least one day in advance of your BBQ.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. It features a café with expertly made coffees from sustainably sourced beans worldwide and a comfortable upstairs bistro with a varied menu, live music, and a sociable venue atmosphere.

Korsan Meze

Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. It offers a wide and varied menu known for its traditional Turkish meze, tasty lamb dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian choices, and traditional kebabs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.

Korsan Fish Terrace

Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.
