Villa Korsan – 8 bedrooms – Sleeps 16 – private pool ( irregular shape 7.7m x 7.6m at widest point, 2.6m at narrowest, depth 1.4m).  6 bedrooms are inside the main house, the entrance to 2 bedrooms are outside the main house.

This stunning house is beautifully positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and the Islands beyond. The property enjoys a peaceful location at the end of a road with just hillside beyond. The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach clubs with their beautiful clear sea for swimming, restaurant, bar and water sports facilities.

The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view, bringing the outside in and creating a light, airy and spacious open plan living area.

A flight of open air stairs takes you from the entrance gate at road level up to the games floor level where you can play snooker and table tennis whilst still enjoying the panoramic Mediterranean views.  On this floor there are two twin bedrooms each with ensuite shower rooms, French balconies and beautiful sea views.  The bedrooms on this floor are outside the main house so not suitable for young children.

Another short flight of steps takes you to a breath taking terrace equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, comfortable seating area with retractable awning, an alfresco dining area with fans, a stone BBQ and a stunning swimming pool.

On this level is the entrance to the villa itself.  The entrance floor has a beautifully furnished spacious open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen with wide sliding doors which open up to bring the outside in and the inside out.  On this floor there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, large ice making machine and a second large double fridge.  There is also a downstairs wc and shower.  On this floor is a large twin bedroom with ensuite and sliding doors opening onto the terrace.

Upstairs you will find three stunning double bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms (one also has a bath as well as the wet room style shower) and private balconies with uninterrupted sea views.  On this floor there is also a smaller double bedroom, this room does not have an ensuite but the additional shower room downstairs can be dedicated for use by the guests occupying this bedroom.

On the top floor of this amazing property you will find a further bedroom suite with ensuite shower room and terrace.  There is a small kitchenette, an additional wc and an open roof terrace with comfy seating to sit back and enjoy the amazing views to the sea, the sky and the stars!

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player and large flat screen and has wireless internet connection.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.
