Villa Likya (sleeps 10) – Private pool (6.5m x 5m x 1.25m depth) – 3 minutes from town center.

Villa Likya is a large 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate.  This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkans best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens.  The house is perfectly located just a 3 minute walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars.  The nearest small supermarket is just around the corner and a short down hill walk takes you to the harbour and nearest beach club.

Villa Likya has 5 bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and 2 bedrooms with twin beds, there is a further separate bathroom and a downstairs wc.  The house has been newly decorated and offers a large open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave), dining area, sitting room and television room.  There is a large outside patio area with private swimming pool, stone BBQ and a large roof terrace with comfy seating and sea views.

Villa Likya has satellite TV with movie, sports and film channels in English and Wifi internet connection.

The coffee machine is provided. Street parking is available in front of the property for the cars.

Guests staying at villas on the Likya Estate also have the option to use the large members-only Likya Estate pool. Please note that the swimming pool opens for the season at the beginning of May.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. It features a café with expertly made coffees from sustainably sourced beans worldwide and a comfortable upstairs bistro with a varied menu, live music, and a sociable venue atmosphere.

Korsan Meze

Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. It offers a wide and varied menu known for its traditional Turkish meze, tasty lamb dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian choices, and traditional kebabs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.

Korsan Fish Terrace

Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.
