The main building houses the large living room and kitchen with a flight of stairs leading up to a double ensuite bedroom with large terrace and breathtaking views of Kalkan and the bay.

The second building houses a double ensuite bedroom and a twin ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, together with a small kitchenette. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite and again beautiful terrace.

On the lower ground floor of the second building is a ‘games’ room area with table tennis and exercise machines.

Villa Manor has two beautiful pools, a large infinity swimming pool and a large jacuzzi/childrens’ paddling pool.  Both pools have heating facility if required (additional fee charged for heating).

It is less than a 5 minute walk from Villa Manor to the shops and restaurants in town and a path from the house takes you down to the local beach and harbour, again less then 5 minutes away.

Facilities include air-conditioning throughout,  wifi internet connection, satellite TV international channels, Amazon Echo Music/Media System, large Weber BBQ, Bean-to-cup coffee machine and table tennis.

Villa Manor has a private driveway with parking.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Please place your order at least one day in advance of your BBQ.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. It features a café with expertly made coffees from sustainably sourced beans worldwide and a comfortable upstairs bistro with a varied menu, live music, and a sociable venue atmosphere.

Korsan Meze

Established in 1979 and located in a prime position overlooking the beach, Korsan Meze is one of Kalkan’s first and most beloved restaurants. It offers a wide and varied menu known for its traditional Turkish meze, tasty lamb dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian choices, and traditional kebabs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with excellent service.

Korsan Fish Terrace

Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach. It’s celebrated for its local fish dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, creative food, and a wide choice of Turkish wines. The terrace provides a relaxed and intimate dining experience with live music on three evenings a week.
