Yesil Ev – 5 bedroom villa (sleeps 10) with private pool – 3 minutes from the town center.

Hidden inside a walled garden, Yesil Ev is a beautiful and characterful 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate.  This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkan’s best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens.  The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.

Yesil Ev has it’s own private pool, equipped with a current machine for ‘lap’ swimming, and direct access to the member’s only pool, the fee for which is included in the rental rate.  To the front Yesil Ev enjoys uninterrupted views across the bay and, to the rear, a shady walled garden where you can relax and escape the daytime heat.

Yesil Ev has 5 bedrooms; 3 doubles, one twin bedded room and one room which can be made up as a double or as twins.  Three upstairs rooms have en-suite shower/bathrooms and there is a further ‘family’ bathroom upstairs for use by the guests in the downstairs double room and the upstairs twin. There is also a downstairs WC.  The house offers a large open plan living space with a beautiful kitchen and sitting room areas with internet TV.  There is an outside patio area with sun lounges, an outside dining table, and a comfy seating area. An external staircase from the first floor takes you up to the large roof terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views.

Guests renting this villa are kindly asked to be aware that the property is located in a residential area and are asked to be considerate to neighbours.

Yesil Ev is fully air-conditioned throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine, after which coffee capsules can be purchased from Korsan.

BBQ Service

For those lazy lunch times or evenings when you want to stay by the pool Korsan offers a BBQ service.  To save you the shopping and preparation, we will deliver prepared and marinated meats to your door as well as a selection of Turkish meze dishes and salad, washed, chopped and prepared.

If you don’t want to do the cooking yourself a member of the Korsan team can prepare and light the BBQ and do the cooking for you.  This service is offered without a fixed charge but a ‘tip’ for the chef would be appreciated.

Tosunlar Zeytinyağı Fabrikası

This olive oil factory, established in 2017 by purchasing the region’s oldest olive oil press, Tosunlar, has made significant investments in infrastructure, state-of-the-art equipment, transportation, branding, and packaging. They continue the proud local tradition of olive oil production, offering a journey from the first flowers on the olive trees to the beautiful olive oil in the bottle. They operate two different types of olive presses and emphasize hygiene and storage to ensure the quality of their olive oil.

The Kitchen By Korsan

Located a short walk from the center of Kalkan on Kalamar Road, The Kitchen by Korsan offers a unique dining experience with a range of services. Situated on the roof above Korsan Meze Restaurant, the Fish Terrace offers stunning views over the bay and town beach.
